Twoo Wuv...
I've been a busy girl today. I took Halea to her 4 month checkup - she's in the 50%ile for everything, but she will need to have the cyst removed from her head in about eight months. She also got shots which is never any fun. Then, I bought an answering machine so we don't have to pay for voicemail. I came home and mowed the lawn and blew off the driveway. Then I trimmed some of our shrubs and Bryce collected the yard debris. At times I start to resent my sweet husband for not doing the "man" jobs, but today I had a change to my attitude. When I was getting the lawn mower out, I remembered seeing a severed rat head in the garage, and there it was in the the same spot. I tend to be pretty independent, but I have the most illogical fear of rodents, especially dead ones (I said it was illogical) and I freak out. I was able to get the lawn mower out quickly while I was panicking inside and trying to keep my eyes away from the hideous sight. While I was mowing the lawn my sweetheart came to check on me and I told him about it. He knows how fearful I am, and he went and took care of it for me. That's true love!

Man, you have been productive today! Good job, Bonks! Poor Halea having to have those cysts removed. At least she's little. I'm glad Ryan took care of the rodent for you. We all have a little illogical fear, don't we?
Thanks, Tacho. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm just glad I didn't get the paranoia.
That is so sweet! The funny/gross part of this is that my treasures were there and I sat on that same floor, inches from where the head was. I moved a box and was looking through it when Bryce and his friend came in and Bryce spotted it.
And Thitho, I have the same irrational fear! It sends shivers through me. Did we get this from dad?
Yay for Ryan!
I think we did. It's funny how dad can be in total control, and is always composed, but freaks out at the sight of a mouse. He's more vengeful, though ~ he actually stomps on them. I just run away as fast as possible.
