Weight update


This is what I looked like a year ago, and it's what I want to look like again. My weight is finally starting to come down. I had planned on sensibly losing two pounds a week, but this week I lost five. Not that I'm complaining, but I do tend to go a little crazy with it. I am eating, though, just not junky stuff. I feel better. I'm going to start teaching a cardio sculpt class on Monday and Friday starting in September, so that's a good motivator for me to get toned up before then. So, I have five pounds to lose in the next month, before my birthday ~ and I'm happy with my progress.
