We took Halea to her first Mariner's game of the season (first of many I'm sure). It was Ken Griffey Jr. bobblehead night, so my husband went to the game three hours early to pick up his bobbleheads. I was a little annoyed because it seemed like we wasted a perfectly good date night on trips between babysitters, back and forth between Seattle, and had a volunteer stay with my MIL ~ it just wasn't a very relaxing date. I did get kettle corn though. Sometimes I guess I just need to take one for the team. He's already planning our next date night in two weeks (another baseball game). Not that I'm complaining ~ at least he plans dates, but I think his planning also needs to involve coordinating a babysitter and one for his mom.

how FUN!
love you, Monners!
oh Thitho, when we went to Hawaii there was so much worry involved about not getting back that I can honestly say it brought down the enjoyment factor by a ton. But how great that you did get some time together. Love you! Sure could use a good update/phone convo!

Sometimes he criticizes things he doesn't understands ~ he's even critical of my "overuse" of the word understands
